- Support sales operations and customer sales order lifecycle activities
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the local warehouse
- Partner with sales, management, and internal stakeholders to execute customer and business requirements
- Generate reports and analyze sales trends, pipeline activity, and operational metrics
- Support sales automation tools and forecasting activities
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, sales administration, business analysis, reporting, or a related commercial environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or sales management platforms
- Ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate across teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
