- Develop and improve sales processes through advanced technology tools
- Manage and maintain a B2B sales application and support its users
- Administer Salesforce, resolve issues with global support teams, and handle ongoing operations
- Build and maintain Power BI reports to improve sales performance and process management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead development initiatives with technical and global teams
- Coordinate projects and working relationships with internal sales teams and external vendors
- Prioritize tasks and manage cross-functional delivery
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience managing a technology product or sales application
- Experience working with development teams and technical stakeholders
- Experience managing vendors and cross-organizational processes
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills
- Advanced Power BI skills, including complex report development
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High-level English for conversation and written communication
- Analytical thinking, business understanding, and technical aptitude
