Full-time, on-site sales operations role with an Israel-based biotechnology company. Support sales processes, CRM data quality, reporting, customer follow-up, and workflow improvements while working with an international multidisciplinary team.

- Manage and optimize sales processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track pipeline activities.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Support order processing and improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

- Strong analytical skills for reporting, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bar-Lev, Israel, and collaborate effectively with an international multidisciplinary team.
