A digital commerce company is seeking a Trade Manager to lead commercial activities with suppliers and partners in Israel and international markets. The role combines negotiation, assortment management, pricing, profitability, supplier development, and data-driven decision-making.

- Manage commercial activity with local and international suppliers and partners.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and agreements.
- Build and manage the product and supplier assortment.
- Own pricing, costs, and profitability.
- Identify and develop new suppliers, brands, and products in local and global markets.
- Develop commercial relationships and new business opportunities.
- Analyze product performance and use data to guide decisions.
- Create commercial initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and finance teams.
Требования
- Significant experience in trade, procurement, or commercial operations.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment.
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence making data-based decisions.
- High level of English.
- Good command of Excel and technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead processes end to end.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term business relationships.
