Lead commercial performance for major Israeli telecom operator accounts across a mobile consumer electronics portfolio. Own sales growth, market share, sell-in and sell-out results, strategic planning, and long-term operator relationships.

- Manage and develop major telecom operator accounts, owning sales targets, market share, and commercial growth.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across smartphones, tablets, watches, and earbuds.
- Lead forecasting, demand management, inventory planning, and joint business planning with operations and supply chain teams.
- Develop and execute operator-specific retail campaigns, promotions, and product launch strategies with marketing teams.
- Build relationships with operator stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales data, providing actionable commercial recommendations.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, with a record of meeting or exceeding complex sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the mobile industry, retail mechanics, and channel management.
- Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, data analysis, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
