A defense manufacturer is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic opportunities and customer engagements for complex, hardware-intensive air defense systems involving communications and software.
Обязанности
- Lead business development and marketing for complex air defense systems.
- Work with product managers, business program managers, and organizational marketing teams to understand and focus on customer needs and requirements.
- Manage responses to customer tenders and lead win strategies, including tailored solution proposals.
- Meet customers to present systems and their advantages and advance deal development.
- Participate actively in customer contracting processes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, finance, legal, PMO, security, licensing, and other internal teams.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- At least three years of proven experience leading projects or developing multidisciplinary systems.
- At least three years of experience leading marketing and preparing commercial proposals for overseas defense customers.
- In-depth knowledge of ground or naval air defense systems, guided weapons, or missile systems.
- High-level English is required.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and independently.
