Lead account growth and business development for solar photovoltaic and energy-storage products across Israel. The role focuses on utility customers, channel development, sales planning, market analysis, and long-term customer partnerships.

- Manage and grow customer relationships across Israel, with a focus on utility accounts and key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop distribution channels.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the energy-storage market.
- Develop regional sales strategies, business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
- Build tailored solutions and sales strategies for key utility customers.
- Coordinate technology, marketing, customer service, and other internal teams during sales processes.
- Participate in sales negotiations and coordinate contract signing.
- Track revenue, sales targets, customer feedback, and business performance.
- Report market developments, sales progress, and account plans to regional management.
Требования
- More than five years of sales experience in the solar photovoltaic or broader energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of residential, commercial and industrial, and utility energy products in the Israeli market.
- Established distribution channels and customer relationships.
- Proven customer prospecting, negotiation, and contract-signing skills.
- Ability to analyze markets and develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Technical and commercial understanding of energy storage, solar photovoltaic, and energy-industry products.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
