Head of Go-to-Market – U.S. Expansion

Lead the expansion of an AI-powered consumer platform across the United States. This hands-on role will determine market-entry priorities, shape positioning, and coordinate growth execution from a hybrid base in Tel Aviv.
Обязанности
- Own the state-by-state U.S. expansion roadmap and prioritize cities and markets
- Use market sizing, CPC benchmarks, and user-acquisition data to set market priorities and targets
- Adapt product positioning for U.S. audiences while preserving the core value proposition
- Manage external go-to-market and product advisors and incorporate their input into planning
- Partner with user acquisition, product, and leadership teams on channel mix, pricing, and U.S. strategy
- Coordinate market-entry decisions involving entity structure and compliance
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, or market-expansion roles
- Experience taking a consumer product into a new country or region is preferred
- Ability to develop strategy and execute it hands-on
- Strong analytical judgment using CPC benchmarks, cohort data, and user-acquisition performance
- Ability to explain the differentiation of an AI-powered product to new audiences
- Comfort working with speed, ambiguity, and high ownership
