Lead a supply planning team covering tactical, strategic, and mill planning for in-house and purchased products across three manufacturing sites. Own product availability, inventory strategy, materials management, and S&OP planning for the Israel market.
Обязанности
- Lead planners responsible for strategic, tactical, and mill planning across three manufacturing sites and purchased goods
- Ensure product availability and achievement of customer service targets in Israel
- Develop and execute inventory management strategies and supporting tools
- Manage raw and semi-finished material stock levels at manufacturing sites to support operational continuity
- Support regional promotional activities in line with commercial plans
- Support statistically managed inventory processes and annual inventory optimization
- Drive best practices and standardized S&OP business planning processes across functions
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of supply chain experience, particularly in planning
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively with senior management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and cross-functional initiatives
