Manage strategic procurement categories and local and international suppliers for a global irrigation solutions business. Lead sourcing, negotiations, supplier agreements, and improvement initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Обязанности
- Manage strategic procurement categories and local and global supplier portfolios.
- Lead sourcing activities, tenders, supplier evaluation, and onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and business units.
- Drive cost reduction, supplier performance improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor market trends, technological developments, and sourcing opportunities.
- Visit suppliers in Israel and travel internationally occasionally.
Требования
- Experience in a global industrial company.
- Experience in direct procurement of technical and physical products.
- Experience with suppliers of electrical systems, electronics, mechanical products, hydraulics, or multidisciplinary technical systems.
- Experience managing commercial negotiations, contracts, and local and global supplier relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills for negotiations and business discussions.
- Experience using ERP systems.
