Lead strategic procurement and supplier management for a military aircraft manufacturing operation. Own sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, production availability, cost reduction, quality, and delivery across domestic and international suppliers.
Обязанности
- Lead procurement processes for strategic suppliers handling annual spend of several million dollars
- Identify and assess suppliers, and manage the full procurement cycle from requisition through delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define needs and select suitable procurement solutions
- Implement advanced procurement methodologies and improve performance KPIs
- Manage turnkey suppliers, including monitoring and control against factory work plans in BTS/BTP environments
- Lead ongoing negotiations and long-term agreements with strategic suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad
- Manage supplier risks involving technical gaps, quality issues, and logistics constraints
- Coordinate internal technical stakeholders across development and procurement processes
- Prioritize supplier production lines to meet required delivery dates while reducing costs and maintaining quality
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, business administration, or logistics
- At least 3 years of supply chain experience
- Experience with BTS/BTP environments and subcontractor management
- Experience in negotiation and technology-oriented sourcing for cost-model optimization
- Very good English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
