Lead production planning, scheduling, material management, and operational coordination for a manufacturing site in a defense and space manufacturing environment. The role oversees production plans, ERP data, work orders, inventory, resources, and delivery execution across multiple projects.
Обязанности
- Create and control annual and quarterly integrated production plans aligned with sales and project plans.
- Plan, schedule, prioritize, and monitor production activities, work orders, purchasing requirements, and material availability.
- Define and maintain logistical parameters and product structure data in the ERP system.
- Manage production reporting, work-order closure, standard-time validation, and issue resolution.
- Set work plans and priorities for production centers to meet delivery and production targets.
- Manage and develop the production planning and control team, providing professional guidance on material management.
- Allocate personnel and production resources according to work plans and employee expertise.
- Lead manufacturing projects and coordinate operational activity from development through ongoing production.
- Monitor inventory counts in the warehouse and on the production floor.
- Identify bottlenecks and production disruptions and resolve them with product and production managers.
- Support quotations and proposal reviews by providing material, labor-hour, and schedule estimates.
- Coordinate customer shipments through delivery declaration and dispatch.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning and control, production planning, material management, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience managing employees.
- Experience with employee management or matrix management of cross-functional interfaces.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with planning or management tools such as MS Project.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- High-level Hebrew and good English communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to plan manufacturing processes and analyze and integrate diverse data in a multi-project environment.

- Experience leading NPI or development-to-production transfer projects.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and inventory management.
- Experience managing production supervision or manufacturing projects.
- Specialization in management or supply chain management.
- Experience with MS Project and Excel.
