A media group is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead organizational and technology operations, improve cross-functional processes, and support executive management.
Обязанности
- Lead the group’s operational strategy, organizational procedures, and information systems.
- Select, manage, and implement enterprise technology platforms to improve organizational workflows.
- Build and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans and define performance indicators.
- Coordinate interfaces between media divisions and content, production, and post-production departments.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training activities.
- Manage procurement budgets, suppliers, and contractual engagements.
- Introduce consistent management methods for meetings, reviews, scripts, and organizational schedules.
- Drive structural change, operational efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.
Требования
- At least 5 years of senior operational management experience, such as Vice President of Operations or an equivalent role.
- Proven experience selecting and implementing ERP, CRM, or project management systems.
- Deep understanding of information systems and enterprise technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage matrix organizations and complex cross-functional processes.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, supplier agreements, contracts, and HR processes.
- Academic degree in management, industrial engineering and management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
