Обязанности
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives from planning through execution
- Define project scope and work plans, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery across teams
- Align local and global stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend actions
- Design and test processes through pilots before broader rollout
- Drive implementation and adoption of new initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, review post-launch performance, and identify further improvements
- Standardize processes and share best practices across markets
- Develop customer feedback loops and relay insights to relevant teams
- Lead topic deep dives and provide updates to senior and executive stakeholders
Требования
- Manager-level leadership experience, including leading teams and driving operational improvements
- Experience managing projects, programs, or change initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment, including hands-on contact center operations
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English
- Right to work in the country

- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or technology-driven transformation
- Exposure to global or multinational organizations
- Experience building dashboards and using Cursor, Looker, or Snowflake
