Manage daily operations for a fintech payments orchestration platform, leading a remote Operations team and coordinating monitoring, incident response, reporting, automation, and integrations across technical, compliance, risk, and support functions.
Обязанности
- Oversee daily operations of platform monitoring and control systems
- Investigate and resolve operational issues in real time
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive work and improve operational workflows
- Lead a remote Operations team through task allocation, performance tracking, and reporting
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards
- Use CRM and BI systems to generate reports and support data-driven decisions
- Monitor payment flows and transactions for anomalies, fraud indicators, and system issues
- Coordinate Compliance, Development, Risk, Support, and Operations teams during solution integrations
- Maintain smooth handoffs across technical, compliance, risk, and support functions
- Build and continuously improve standard operating procedures
- Communicate with international partners, banks, and payment providers on operational matters
Требования
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in daily work
- Solid understanding of payment flows, processing, acquiring, settlement, fraud indicators, and risk monitoring
- Experience managing or leading a remote Operations team, including partial or shift-level leadership
- Familiarity with CRM and BI systems, including basic SQL for extracting and analyzing data
- Understanding of API concepts and integrations in a multi-provider payments environment
- Experience with automation and monitoring tools such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
- Ability to make sound decisions during real-time incidents and prioritize multiple issues
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work with global teams across time zones and respond to urgent matters outside regular hours when required
- Excellent written and verbal English
