Lead and scale product marketing for a B2B digital asset platform serving financial institutions, banks, brands, and Web3 companies. Own market positioning, go-to-market strategy, product adoption, launch governance, enablement, competitive intelligence, and AI-enabled marketing systems.
Обязанности
- Set the product marketing team strategy, objectives, and operating model.
- Lead market positioning and messaging across markets, products, and buyer audiences.
- Develop go-to-market strategy and launch governance for positioning-changing products.
- Partner with product management on roadmap strategy, adoption, user experience, and brand objectives.
- Engage customers, partners, and analysts to monitor market and competitive dynamics.
- Translate product and market strategy into enablement for pre-sales and post-sales teams.
- Build AI-enabled systems for market intelligence, launch autonomy, self-service enablement, and contextual campaigns.
- Hire, develop, and lead a product marketing team with strong strategic, systems, and technical capabilities.
Требования
- 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with market segmentation, buyer personas, and positioning across markets and buyer types.
- Experience designing AI-based systems that improve product marketing workflows and value delivery.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to work hands-on in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with significant autonomy.
