- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for real estate development products
- Define positioning, messaging, value propositions, and launch plans
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital, offline, and CRM campaigns
- Lead performance marketing operations focused on high-quality leads
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and market dynamics
- Develop user journeys and optimize the customer experience
- Lead retention, monetization, and engagement initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Manage agencies, budgets, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and shared marketing teams
Требования
- At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Experience managing growth funnels, leads, and performance KPIs
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating closely with product teams
- Ability to evaluate and guide creative concepts
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
