Lead product marketing for server-focused Baseboard Management Controller SoCs, combining semiconductor expertise, customer engagement, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

- Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for customer interactions.
- Coordinate customer, sales, and internal stakeholder alignment and gather technical requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, technologies, suppliers, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- Define product requirements and specifications with customers and engineering teams.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept through end of life.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional product development activities and coordinate timely delivery.
- Prepare business cases for new product initiatives.
- Manage product budgets, cost control, and pricing strategies.
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor product management or related roles.
- Track record managing complex semiconductor products and supporting business growth.
- Experience with embedded software, firmware, drivers, RTOS, and Linux.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with related tools.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of SoC development processes, workflows, and ecosystems.

- Knowledge of data center, server, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with security technologies such as Secure Boot, Root of Trust, DICE, attestation, cryptography, and provisioning processes.
