Lead and scale a technical documentation team for an enterprise software product, aligning documentation with product releases and applying AI to improve content operations.
Обязанности
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI tools and LLM workflows into technical writing
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of technical writers
- Align documentation roadmaps with product releases across product, engineering, and operations
- Establish documentation standards, AI usage guidelines, and editorial processes
- Define content success metrics and optimize documentation quality and productivity
Требования
- At least 3 years of technical writing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Direct experience managing technical writers
- Experience applying AI tools, automated content pipelines, or prompt engineering to documentation
- Ability to document complex software architecture, enterprise data structures, and APIs
- Experience collaborating with product management leadership
- Experience defining documentation strategies, style guides, and multi-project deliverables in agile environments
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight
Будет плюсом
- Experience with documentation, visualization, and media tools such as Doc360, Napkin, Synthesia, Snagit, or Bump
- Knowledge of data security, data privacy, compliance, or AI data management
- Experience with Docs-as-Code using Git, Markdown, and CI/CD integration
- Experience managing global or distributed technical writing teams
