Manage production of marketing creatives for early-stage mobile game concepts, working with motion designers, artists, and R&D producers to deliver materials for marketing tests. Remote work is offered; the posting lists Armenia, Georgia, Poland, and Serbia as locations.
Обязанности
- Manage production of marketing creatives for new mobile game concepts at the early R&D stage
- Set tasks and provide references and requirements to motion designers and artists; review work and give actionable feedback
- Define gameplay presentation based on the game, available levels, and marketing test objectives
- Record gameplay and select representative moments for creative production
- Review animation, composition, pacing, clarity, and overall execution
- Estimate production complexity and timelines and keep delivery on schedule
- Coordinate with R&D producers on concepts and launch materials, delivering final creatives for marketing tests
Требования
- Experience in the gaming industry and understanding of game advertising creatives
- Hands-on experience in motion design, creative production, or a related role
- Understanding of the full video creative production cycle, from gameplay recording and references through animation, editing, and delivery
- Ability to assess motion designers’ and artists’ work and give practical feedback independently
- Ability to estimate production complexity, timelines, and execution quality
- Experience coordinating motion designers
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and make decisions when deadlines overlap

- Previous hands-on experience as a motion designer or lead motion designer
- Experience with new game launches, prototypes, or early-stage products
- Experience in R&D or startup-like game development environments
