Lead end-to-end program and release management across a global networking technology portfolio, partnering with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support to deliver predictable, high-quality releases.
Обязанности
- Lead large-scale programs across a 300+ person engineering organization and multiple products, platforms, and technologies.
- Translate business and product strategy into executable, multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Define development processes, governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting for scalable, high-quality delivery.
- Own the release lifecycle from planning through execution and customer go-to-market readiness.
- Coordinate software and hardware releases across Engineering, Quality, and delivery teams.
- Use AI-enabled tooling and analytics for release forecasting, risk detection, automation, planning readiness, and customer trend analysis.
- Align priorities across Product, Engineering, and Customer Support while managing dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Program and Release Management organization.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Требования
- 10+ years of experience in senior program management and release leadership roles within a technology company.
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs at scale in global organizations.
- Deep understanding of software release lifecycles and execution governance.
- Ability to influence senior leadership with a strategic mindset.

- Experience scaling PMO or release management teams in a fast-growing engineering organization.
- Experience with AI-enabled execution tools and data-driven release insights.
- Exposure to networking, security, or telecom domains.
