Manage end-to-end data initiatives involving preparation pipelines, enrichment services, data operations, and onboarding for autonomous driving systems. Work with internal teams and external automotive customers to deliver projects, resolve issues, and improve processes.
Обязанности
- Manage data projects from definition through execution across internal teams and external automotive customers.
- Lead onboarding of new data sources, systems, and initiatives.
- Monitor and improve data operations, pipelines, and enrichment services.
- Coordinate execution with algorithm, software, integration, and data teams.
- Analyze data challenges, troubleshoot issues, and support stakeholders.
- Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, data-focused, or project management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to learn technologies independently and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

- Familiarity with embedded systems, software-hardware integration, algorithms, or autonomous driving technologies.
- Customer-facing experience.
- M.Sc., MBA, or PMP certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional data or operational initiatives.
