Senior Project Manager – Communication Satellite Ground Stations

Lead multidisciplinary civil and defense projects for communication-satellite ground control systems, coordinating engineering, development, logistics, finance, IT, and customers in Israel and abroad.
Обязанности
- Manage matrixed, multidisciplinary projects involving satellite command-and-control systems and ground stations.
- Lead customer negotiations through contract signature and provide online support for systemic issues.
- Plan satellite ground stations, including cost estimates, implementation schedules, and support-equipment operations.
- Coordinate closely with systems engineering, software development, controls, IT, logistics, finance, and other project teams.
- Manage civil and defense projects for customers in Israel and abroad.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects with domestic and international customers.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Leadership, employee-motivation, systems-thinking, and strong delivery skills.
Будет плюсом
- Master’s degree in systems engineering or an MBA.
- Project management certification or PMP training.
- Practical RF experience.
