A precision machining and manufacturing company is hiring an experienced project manager to own customer relationships and complex industrial projects from quotation through delivery.
Обязанности
- Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing business
- Lead projects from order receipt through final delivery
- Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and support order closure
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Technology teams
- Monitor material availability, engineering changes, risks, and project bottlenecks
- Support new product introduction and transfer from development to production
- Work with production teams and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Provide status updates, risk reviews, and gap analyses to customers and management
- Maintain customer communication and ensure project objectives and satisfaction are achieved
Требования
- Mandatory experience managing projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Mandatory direct customer-facing experience
- Mandatory commercial experience with pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Mandatory technical knowledge of mechanics and precision machining
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working closely with production teams and operational interfaces

- SolidWorks experience
- Practical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer qualification
- Experience with defense industry customers
