Lead Salesforce projects for a customer’s Business Applications team, from gathering business requirements through implementation and go-live. This is a long-term hybrid role with three days each week at the customer’s Sarona office in Tel Aviv and the rest working from home.

Обязанности

  • Meet with business stakeholders to understand processes and gather requirements
  • Define Salesforce solutions and lead implementation
  • Manage projects through requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, and go-live
  • Prepare Jira tickets for developers when custom development is needed
  • Work with business users, developers, and Salesforce architects
  • Configure Salesforce Flows, objects, permissions, and reports as needed
  • Handle ongoing user requests and exceptions

Требования

  • At least 2 years of Salesforce implementation or Salesforce project management experience
  • Hands-on Salesforce knowledge and ability to translate business requirements into solutions
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Experience managing requirements, developers, testing, and UAT
  • Very good written and spoken Hebrew and English
