- Translate product, growth, and expansion priorities into project plans with owners, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordinate engineering, product, marketing, and leadership across parallel workstreams
- Identify and remove blockers before they affect delivery
- Establish lightweight processes that keep projects on track without unnecessary overhead
- Report project status, risks, and delivery progress to leadership and teams
Требования
- 3–5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-moving product company
- PMP certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate ambiguity
- Experience coordinating engineering, product, marketing, and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to track project metrics and assess business impact
