Support release and delivery coordination across engineering and product workstreams, helping the Product & Release Operations Manager keep concurrent projects on track. Remote-first, with visits to the Haifa office every two weeks; working days are Monday to Friday, starting at 09:00 Israel time.
Обязанности
- Track sprint and release status across active workstreams and maintain boards and tickets
- Draft Jira tickets in the team's standard format for review
- Follow up on action items from calls and team syncs
- Coordinate logistics among development, QA, Customer Success, Support, and external implementation partners
- Maintain stakeholder documentation and status reports
- Escalate blockers and unclear scope to the Product & Release Operations Manager
Требования
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and follow actions through
- Clear written communication and confidence drafting structured documentation
- High-level written and spoken English
- Able to communicate across teams and work constructively with different people
Будет плюсом
- Experience with Jira or similar project-tracking tools
- Development or QA experience
