Support a Project Manager and project team with administration, coordination, communication, and day-to-day office organization in northern Israel.
Обязанности
- Manage project team leave records, calendars, email, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, equipment, refreshments, agendas, and minutes
- Compile reports and support project review materials and presentations
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and visas
- Manage office administration, visitors, room allocation, mail, lunches, and supplies
- Maintain expense sheets and support invoice processing and payment follow-up
- Liaise with project team members, customers, suppliers, and service providers
- Support onboarding for new team members
Требования
- Entry-level, full-time availability
- Competence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, email, internet, and company intranet systems
- Experience with calendar and meeting coordination, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and minutes
- Document management, including creating, editing, filing, backing up, and distributing business documents
- Basic financial understanding for invoices, collections, expense tracking, and accountant support
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, work autonomously, and maintain confidentiality
