A global software and interactive entertainment company is seeking a Junior Project Manager in Tel Aviv to coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch. The role combines project execution with hands-on management of production workflows, releases, configurations, and A/B测试.

- Lead cross-functional projects involving product, R&D, business intelligence, monetization, and operations teams.
- Coordinate initiatives from planning through launch, identifying risks and removing execution blockers.
- Configure and manage production workflows, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and A/B test setup.
- Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives while tracking execution and results.
- Manage changing priorities and release schedules in a dynamic environment.
- Provide visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates for stakeholders and decision-makers.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or an equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Technical orientation with familiarity with software development processes, data-driven thinking, and AI-based tools or workflows.
- Fluent English for frequent professional communication with global colleagues and partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and effective in stakeholder communication.
- Relocation support and work visa or immigration sponsorship are not available.

- Familiarity with the Android environment.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
