Manage Dynamics 365 CRM projects for a large financial organization, overseeing requirements, system analysis, implementation, go-live, user adoption, and cross-functional coordination.

Обязанности

  • Manage Dynamics 365 projects from requirements definition through go-live and full user integration
  • Lead system analysis and business and technology processes
  • Coordinate end-to-end integrations between systems
  • Synchronize development, testing, infrastructure, IT, and customer stakeholders
  • Manage complex project interfaces across a large financial organization

Требования

  • Approximately 3 years of experience managing Dynamics CRM projects
  • Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics CRM or analyzing Dynamics 365 CRM systems
  • Experience leading and managing internal and external stakeholders and interfaces
