Lead the global transition of selected Finance activities across 13 locations to a BPO partner. Coordinate processes, systems, data, controls, and teams to deliver a controlled cutover with minimal disruption.
Обязанности
- Build and manage the integrated transition and cutover plan from blueprinting through hypercare
- Coordinate Finance, IT, country teams, and the BPO provider
- Lead knowledge transfer, process documentation, and operational readiness
- Manage cutover command activities, including the war room and readiness checklists
- Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies through RAID management
Требования
- Experience with Finance transitions, BPO or shared-services moves, or ERP cutovers
- Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including P2P, O2C, and R2R
- Experience working in global, multi-country environments
- Practical project management experience

- SAP Business One experience
- SAP ECC experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
