- Manage projects from handover through execution, delivery, and commercial closure.
- Control contractual scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate engineering, software, field, and service teams.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including performance monitoring and invoice approval.
- Coordinate procurement, purchase requisitions, order tracking, deliveries, and cost control.
- Prepare customer invoices, track approvals and collections, and resolve payment barriers.
- Manage project changes, variations, additional work, pricing, and customer approvals.
- Maintain commercial and contractual documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent the company in formal meetings with customers, consultants, supervision companies, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Coordinate interfaces between project stakeholders and lead corrective actions for risks, delays, and obstacles.
Требования
- Experience managing project commercial activities, including budgets, procurement, customer billing, and subcontractors.
- Ability to interpret contracts, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities, and technical drawings.
- Strong negotiation, commercial management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces, priorities, and tasks independently.
- Good command of Excel.
- Problem-solving ability and a broad system-level perspective.

- Experience with electromechanical, control, low-voltage, electrical, building management, or other technology systems.
- Experience using ERP or project management systems.
