Lead complex, multidisciplinary airborne-systems projects from contract signing through final customer delivery. The role coordinates technical, organizational, financial, and customer-facing activities across local and international stakeholders.
Обязанности
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and control from contract signing through customer delivery.
- Lead trials and project reviews in Israel and abroad.
- Manage subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain business and system-level relationships with customers.
- Drive decisions covering technical, organizational, professional, financial, and marketing considerations.
- Provide matrix leadership across systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware disciplines.
- Participate in systems engineering training as part of the role.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an exact science.
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Будет плюсом
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Experience with projects involving airborne platforms.
