Lead multidisciplinary automation projects from initiation to full implementation, managing end-to-end delivery of industrial machinery and automated production lines while collaborating with engineering, quality, operations, and R&D stakeholders.

Обязанности

Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring objectives, requirements, and successful delivery.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
Define requirements and prepare technical specifications for all project phases.
Develop and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Operations, R&D, and other departments.
Oversee integration of IT and OT system interfaces.

Требования

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience with automation systems and engineering project management.
Experience with SOLIDWORKS software.
High level of English proficiency.
Familiarity with IT and OT system interfaces.
Knowledge of pneumatic equipment, PLCs, and industrial robots.
