Own Salesforce solution delivery from discovery through go-live, translating operational needs into scalable solutions while coordinating stakeholders, technical teams, backlog priorities, and adoption activities.

Обязанности

Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and define Salesforce-based solutions
Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Own the functional product backlog and manage sprint goals, timelines, scope, and change control
Design declarative Salesforce solutions, data models, and integration plans with technical teams
Facilitate user acceptance testing and prioritize defects
Lead change management and training initiatives to support platform adoption
Drive delivery from discovery through go-live

Требования

At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Implementer
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
Proficiency in ERD and data modeling
Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, OWD, and sharing rules
Hands-on experience with Flow Builder automation design and troubleshooting
Experience with data migration and cleansing
Practical experience with Agile or Scrum delivery, Jira, and Confluence
Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities

Salesforce BA, Sharing and Visibility Designer, or Consultant certification
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
