A global organization is seeking a Senior Tier 3 IT Support Specialist to manage Microsoft environments, enterprise collaboration tools, access controls, and complex technical issues.

Обязанности

Manage and operate the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment
Administer enterprise collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Provide ongoing service and technical support to system administrators and endpoint support teams
Resolve complex technical incidents
Manage user and system permissions

Требования

At least three years of Tier 2/3 support experience in Microsoft-based organizations
Experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments
Experience with Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, user and device management, app registration, and SSO
Experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
Experience with Intune
Experience managing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and videoconferencing equipment
Good English for communication in a global environment
