A company is hiring an experienced IT support specialist for a stable, long-term, full-time role supporting employees and branches. The position includes travel to branches across the country and overtime when needed.
Обязанности
- Provide ongoing technical support to company employees and branches
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, communications, and peripheral equipment
- Support end users by phone and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other technology equipment
- Travel to company branches nationwide for troubleshooting and installations
- Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers
- Track support issues and resolve them through closure
Требования
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar IT role
- Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and communications troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between company branches
- Availability for overtime as needed
- Ability to handle multiple users and tasks; strong service orientation, responsibility, organization, patience, and interpersonal skills
