A major Israeli port is hiring a Junior PC Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance to end users and maintain computer equipment in a 24/6 shift environment.
Обязанности
- Resolve hardware and software issues for port end users.
- Replace and repair faulty computer equipment.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment.
- Support and maintain endpoint workstations.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related peripheral devices.
Требования
- At least one year of experience as a PC Technician, including military experience.
- Graduate of a PC Technician or MCITP course.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting endpoint devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10 and Office 2016, 2019, and 365.
- Experience repairing printers, scanners, and other endpoint equipment, including hardware replacement.
- Good English proficiency.
- Availability for 24/6 shift work.
