A defense organization is seeking a junior IT support professional to provide real-time technical assistance to employees and build practical experience in infrastructure support.
Обязанности
- Provide help desk and PC support to organizational employees
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, software, Windows, Office, and email issues
- Manage users and permissions in Active Directory
- Work with Exchange in an enterprise environment
- Deliver professional, real-time technical solutions to users
Требования
- At least one year of experience in technical support, help desk, or PC support, including military experience
- Experience troubleshooting network and communications issues
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Active Directory and Exchange
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented approach and ability to support users in real time
