Entry-level position in a 24/7 NOC and IT operations environment. The role involves monitoring systems and infrastructure, responding to real-time incidents, supporting operational processes, and working with internal development, infrastructure, and application teams.

- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure and identify faults
- Handle Tier 1 incidents in real time
- Respond through the operational chat and coordinate with internal teams
- Run automated processes and perform routine controls
- Operate CRM and core enterprise systems
- Work with development, infrastructure, and application teams
Требования
- Technical education or training, such as a degree or professional course
- SQL experience
- Good English
- Ability to work collaboratively, take responsibility, and perform under pressure
Будет плюсом
- PL/SQL experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM or ERP systems
