- Provide technical support to employees on-site and remotely
- Troubleshoot computers, workstations, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365
- Document incidents and solutions in organizational systems
- Coordinate with systems, communications, and information security teams
Требования
- At least one year of experience in Help Desk or IT Support
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Knowledge of computer, laptop, and peripheral hardware
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- High service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
