A medical center is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support information systems and end users in a full-time role with alternating Friday morning shifts.
Обязанности
- Provide technical support for information systems and computing equipment
- Deliver service, support, and implementation assistance to end users
- Install and configure laptops, desktop computers, hardware, and software
- Train end users on computing and information systems
Требования
- Mandatory experience working with the Cameleon system
- Experience training end users in computing or information systems
- Good English proficiency
- Availability for full-time work, including alternating Friday mornings
- Ability to work under pressure
- Service-oriented approach
