A global sustainability company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide ongoing technical support to employees in Israel.
Обязанности
- Provide ongoing technical support to company employees.
- Support users and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up user accounts and workstations.
- Manage permissions.
- Install and maintain computers and peripheral equipment.
- Work with IT suppliers.
- Manage inventory and software licenses.
Требования
- At least two years of experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing users and permissions in Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of communications, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network equipment.
- Good English proficiency.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
- Strong service orientation, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Experience in a global or industrial company.
- Familiarity with Priority.
