Own the technical lifecycle of a Salesforce CRM ecosystem within a growing investment organization. Lead solution architecture, delivery governance, platform quality, and technical execution across projects.
Обязанности
- Manage and mentor Salesforce implementers, supporting professional growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to shape and validate scalable solution designs and system architecture.
- Lead technical execution from solution design through production deployment.
- Own sprint capacity, technical velocity, work assignments, and configuration quality reviews.
- Track metadata and configuration changes across environments.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and platform release dependencies.
- Drive architecture decisions covering integrations, data models, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Present complex technical decisions clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Требования
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including declarative configuration and platform architecture.
- At least 3 years in Salesforce architecture or a senior technical role.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow design and secure, scalable framework development.
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems.
- Strong understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD principles for automated, source-driven deployments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and cross-functional lifecycle governance.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
