Support business users and processes in an ERP system, improve workflows, and lead implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery.

- Support Priority ERP users and address business needs.
- Analyze and optimize business processes in the ERP system.
- Identify system issues and develop effective solutions.
- Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering and specification through implementation.
- Train end users and implement new processes.
- Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
- Work with interfaces between information systems and support cross-system processes.
Требования
- At least 1 year of hands-on Priority ERP implementation experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Completion of a Priority implementation course.
Будет плюсом
- Experience writing technical specifications.
- Experience testing post-development changes and creating test scenarios.
- Experience with interfaces between information systems.
