A home-furnishings company is seeking a full-time Salesforce CRM Implementation Specialist for its information systems team in Rosh HaAyin. The role leads cross-organizational systems projects, supports users, and improves business processes through automation.

Обязанности

  • Lead information systems projects from requirements analysis through go-live.
  • Support and guide organizational users.
  • Develop automation capabilities and improve business processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation and integration activities.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce information systems.
  • Advanced SQL skills for databases, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience analyzing, implementing, and deploying cross-organizational processes.
  • Broad systems perspective with strong attention to detail.

Будет плюсом

  • Significant experience with Workato interfaces and integrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong motivation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and leadership capabilities.
