Hiring a Salesforce CRM Consultant to analyze business needs, implement and customize CRM processes, and support client delivery from requirements gathering through production launch in Haifa.

- Analyze and implement business processes in Salesforce CRM systems.
- Work with business clients and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into system solutions.
- Define processes and write functional and technical specifications.
- Customize Salesforce CRM systems.
- Support implementation, testing, and production launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business and technology stakeholders.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or industrial engineering and management with an information systems specialization, plus at least two years of practical Salesforce implementation experience.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in another field, at least three years of systems analysis experience, and at least two years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Native-level Hebrew and good English.
