Cura9 is hiring a Priority Implementation Specialist to help build and implement a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform. The hybrid role is based in Ramat Gan, includes two office days per week, and may require occasional travel to customer sites.
Обязанности
- Design solutions from a broad systems perspective, considering processes, users, and related product components
- Lead end-to-end Priority implementation projects from business analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and operational transition
- Translate business and operational needs into functional Priority solutions
- Configure and customize processes, screens, business rules, and workflows in Priority
- Set up, initialize, and optimize data and processes for core products and customer-specific requirements
- Contribute to product specifications and planning with Product, Development, and QA teams
- Plan and execute functional and acceptance testing, investigate issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate resolutions
- Own priorities and drive tasks and processes through completion
- Support customer implementations and travel to customer sites when needed
Требования
- Professional experience working with Priority as an implementation specialist or key user
- Bachelor of Science or practical engineering certification in Industrial Engineering and Management, or professional training in Priority implementation
- Ability to understand, design, and manage complex processes involving multiple interfaces, stakeholders, and business areas
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate complex business needs into practical, accurate, and scalable solutions
- Experience owning tasks and processes from requirements through implementation, testing, and completion
- Initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to learn independently and quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
