Global technology organization seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Implementer to lead implementation and integration projects supporting systems across more than 100 countries. The role is based in Haifa and follows a hybrid schedule.
Обязанности
- Lead Oracle HCM implementation and integration processes
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Define and document requirements using SRD and BRD formats
- Coordinate with business, development, QA, and vendor teams
- Own assigned work from initial analysis through go-live
- Resolve complex implementation challenges in a global environment
Требования
- At least 2 years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HR Core
- Experience documenting SRD/BRD and analyzing business requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
