Support water corporations as they migrate from a legacy system to a cloud-based SaaS platform. The role combines customer guidance, training, system configuration, troubleshooting, and field implementation across Israel.
Обязанности
- Support customer users throughout the migration from a legacy system to a new SaaS platform.
- Manage resistance to change, build trust, and provide hands-on customer guidance.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions and develop customer expertise.
- Travel to customer sites across Israel to provide on-site implementation support.
- Identify system gaps, gather field requirements, and communicate them to research and development teams.
- Configure the platform, define users and permissions, and establish operational processes.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues.
Требования
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to manage change and handle objections.
- Strong technical understanding of complex software systems.
- Ability to configure systems, manage settings, troubleshoot issues, and learn new applications quickly.
- Ability to understand business processes and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across Israel.
